The City of Klamath Falls Airport is accepting applications for the position of Airport Operations Specialist II.  An employee in this position works under the immediate supervision of the Airport Operations Manager. The position performs a variety of tasks in overall safety, security, upkeep, and maintenance of runways, taxiways, aprons, buildings, road, grounds, pavements, and associated areas at the airport. Starting November 27th PenAir will add a Sunday flight at 6:40am in addition to the current 11:00am departure.  Strong passenger loads for the current single flight on Sunday as well as feedback from customers prompted PenAir to re-evaluate the schedule and add the second flight. 

PenAir began daily service to and from Portland on October 5th with two roundtrip flights Monday through Friday and one roundtrip flight on Saturdays and Sundays.
